Administration

Club Locker

The OSDL and Women's T&D Executive have changed the league administration software to Club Locker.

The Club Locker platform was initially developed for use in the United States by US Squash and is now being offered to squash organizations globally through an international Technology Collaborative. Countries such as England, Canada, Finland and the United States have all committed to using the software.

Club Locker is used for all tournaments and for a growing number of leagues in Canada. Club Locker provides the following administration functions:

  • View Schedule

  • Update Team Roster (entered by Team Captain)

  • Update Match Scores (entered by Team Captain)

  • View Standings (penalty points not shown)

OSDL Division Commissioners

Division Commissioners will work closely with Team Captains to ensure weekly schedule, roster and match score updates run smoothly. Do not hesitate to call your Division Commissioner for questions regarding rules, player eligibility or rescheduling a match.

For Club Locker questions or problems, please contact the Technical Director

OSDL Team Captains

Team Captains, please reference the Player Eligibility Rules when creating your roster.

Please communicate with the Captain from the opposing team in advance to confirm the match details (date, start time, position order, venue and white attire rules). Match lineups and scores must be posted in Club Locker by the following day.

And most importantly, do not hesitate to call your Division Commissioner for questions regarding rules, player eligibility or rescheduling a match.
